TNMG 160404 MD DP25A Carbide Inserts for Turning in Coated Grade DP25A for use in P25 and M20 range of metals.

The base carbide material features gradient hardness with the core of the insert harder than the outer edge providing stability when high speed machining.

Coating is MT-CVD TiN TiCN Al2O3 with dual layer for visible wear and high quality smooth surface finish.


Main application Carbon, Alloy Steel.

Extended application stainless steel with continuous cutting.
