EUA3-10100100DLC, 3 flute carbide end mill for aluminium with polished U groove flute geometry and DLC coating.
10mm cutting diameter, 10mm shank diameter, 100mm long with 40mm flute length.
DLC Diamond Like Carbon Coating can provide up to 100% increase in tool life, edge honed flutes decrease cutting forces and are excellent in finishing operations. Can be used for dry cutting.
Special U-groove design helps reduce heat with high chip removal making these cutters suitable for high hardness aluminium.
Also suitable for copper, brass, other non-ferrous metals and plastics.
