I used this cutter to machine a profile in 1.5mm stainless sheet.I set rpm to 9000, feed rate at 1mm/sec and cut depth to 0.1mm.Maybe I was being too cautious, but it cut ok with the occasional squirt of WD40.

Very good product. Used on very hardened steel, no problem with high RPM.
