TDJ3 UM22 Grooving Insert 3mm wide PVD Coated for Stainless Steel and High Temperature Alloys.
Covers material groups P25, K25, M25, N20 and S15. Made from micrograin caribde with PVD TiAlN Coating.
Performs well on Stainless Steel and High-temperature Alloys, will also cut Aluminium Alloys and Steel.
Chip geometry J features sharp cutting edge for soft and sticky manterials, ideal for thin walled parts, pipe fitting and small part machining.
Cutting steel is limited by smaller feed range.
