1.5mm Diameter 1 Flute Carbide End Mill for Plasics Acrylic PVC 7mm Flute Length.

Made from wear resistant Uncoated Carbide for increased tool life, can be used on Aluminium, Brass, Copper, Gold, Magnesium Alloy and other Non-ferrous Metals when a cutter dedicated for these materials is not available.

Honed edge flutes with polished surface decrease cutting forces and are excellent in finishing operations. Can be used for dry cutting.

When possible choose cutter with the shortest flute length and least overhang.

Speeds and Feeds for router cutter, based on a max depth of 1 x diameter with high accuracy spindle and collets with optimum stability of spindle and workpiece holding, reduce feed rate for suboptimal conditions.
When cutting more than 1 x diameter reduce feed rate. For guidance only if vibration is produced try lowering the feed rate if not successful try raising feed very slowly, if no vibration is present increased feed rate may be possible.
