10mm Shank Diameter, 19mm Flute Length, 69mm Overall Length.
Centre Cutting with Flatted Weldon Shank. These Milling Cutters, End Mills are Made using Quality High Quality High Speed Steel with TiAlN Coating.
Suitable for Carbon, Alloy and Tool Steel up to 40HRC. Can also be used on Aluminium and Copper Alloys but consider un-coated cutters for non-ferrous materials.
If depth of cut is more that 0.5D then reduce the recommended feed rate, start with 75% of the above values then increase to the above values to find the ideal parameters for your setup ideally the max run out should max <0.010mm with the maximum rigidity possible.
If the machine can't make the RPM then try the following Vf=fz*n*z (n=actual RPM of the machine)
