For use on Soft and Flexible Materials including MDF, Hardwood, Softwood, Laminate Board, Plywood Particle Board and other Sheeting and Abrasive Materials.

Up and Down Cut Router Bits create a compression type cut for use when both top and bottom of the slot requires a good finish with the bottom of the router being up cut and the rest of the flute down cut helps to eliminate burrs, chipping of the work surface and de-lamination.

Use lower feed rate when depth of cut increases.

Clearance of cutting chips may be required to prevent chip jamming.

Choose cutters with the shortest flute length that is suitable for the job with as little overhang as possible.

Made from wear resistant Uncoated Carbide for increased tool life.
