These 2 Flute Up Cut Ball Nose Spiral Routing Cutters made from Solid Carbide and offer high chip removal and will leave a good quality finish chips are pushed away from the work piece.

Good for 3D cutting and contouring or forming rounded bottom U shaped fluted chanels on Panels, Boards, Counter Tops etc.

Suitable for use on Hardwood, Softwood MDF, Laminate Board, Plywood, Particle Board and other Sheeting, Insulation Panels, PVC and Acrylic.

Use lower feed rate when depth of cut increases, choose cutters with the shortest flute length that are suitable for the job with as little overhang as possible. Clearance of cutting chips may be required.
