CCMT 060202 FP DP15A Carbide Inserts for Turning in Coated Grade DP15A for use in P15 and K15 range of ferrous metals.

The base carbide material features gradient hardness with the core of the insert harder than the outer edge providing stability when high speed machining.

Coating is MT-CVD TiN TiCN Al2O3 TiN with dual layer for visible wear and high quality smooth surface finish.

Main application Carbon, Alloy Steel, Steel Castings finishing to roughing, continuous to light intermediate cutting.

Extended application grey and ductile iron at low cutting speed, hard materials with continuous and light intermediate cutting.
